By subscribing, you have provided Kingdom Metrics with consent to send you text messages (SMS & MMS) regarding alerts, confirm appointments, provide service updates, and share important account or attendance information. Messages will include reminders, confirmations, and occasional information updates related to our services. Message frequency varies by events/preference. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undeliverable messages. Some of the text messages we send may include links to websites. To access these websites, you will need a web browser and internet access.

How You Opt In

You can opt in to text messages from Kingdom Metrics in two ways:

  • Text or call us first. Our business number, +1 561-770-8282, is published on every page of this website. Text START (or simply send us any message) or call us — texting us starts a conversation and constitutes consent to receive our replies by SMS, and texting START will send you an opt-in confirmation message.
  • During customer onboarding. When your church becomes a Kingdom Metrics customer, our staff will ask for a mobile number and your consent to receive service-related text messages — shipping updates, installation and appointment scheduling, and service alerts. Our staff uses this consent language: "What's the best mobile number for service updates? With your okay, we'll text you there about shipping, installation scheduling, and service alerts — message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can opt out anytime by replying STOP." Your number and your consent are recorded in our customer records before any messages are sent. Providing your number and agreeing constitutes opt-in.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opt-out Information

This program is supported by Alltel, AT&T, Boost, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile, MetroPCS, T-Mobile and U.S. Cellular. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undeliverable messages. Products and services are compatible with AT&T handsets.
