Image Data & Attendance Validation
As part of our attendance capture services, Kingdom Metrics may collect still images of entryways or gathering spaces within a client's facility for the sole purpose of counting attendance.
Purpose Limitation
- Images are used to validate attendance counts and to train and improve the models that produce those counts.
- Images are not used for marketing, advertising, promotional materials, or public display.
- Images are never sold or licensed. We do not share images with third parties, except service providers that store or process them on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
Children & Sensitive Populations
- Kingdom Metrics does not attempt to identify individuals, including children.
- Images are not used for facial recognition, identity profiling, or behavioral tracking.
- Attendance data is aggregated and reported as numerical counts only.
Access Control
- Image access is strictly limited to authorized Kingdom Metrics personnel.
- Images may be shared only with authorized representatives of the client church upon request for the purpose of validating attendance accuracy.
- Future features may allow authorized client representatives to view images through a secure, access-controlled link for independent verification.
Retention
- Images are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to validate attendance data or resolve disputes.
- After the retention period, images are securely deleted or anonymized.
Security
- Images are stored in secure environments using industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:

- Send transactional emails about billing, account management, and other administrative matters

While we are not obligated to remove your name or logo upon termination of services, we may do so upon written request at our discretion.

Kingdom Metrics, Inc. Where we process congregation images on behalf of a client church, the church is the data controller and we process those images on its instructions.

We rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in providing, improving, and securing our services, and your consent where required.
