1. Authorization: You authorize Kingdom Metrics to assume full ownership and administrative control of the cameras listed above for the purpose of providing automated attendance analytics.

2. No Admin Access: During the service term, you will not have admin-level access to these cameras. Kingdom Metrics will manage all camera settings, firmware updates, and credentials.

3. No Tampering: You agree not to factory reset, physically reposition, disconnect, or otherwise tamper with the cameras without prior coordination with Kingdom Metrics.

4. Re-onboarding Cost: If a camera is tampered with, reset, or disconnected without authorization, re-onboarding will be required at your expense.

5. Legal Compliance: You confirm that the use of these cameras complies with all applicable privacy and surveillance laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Config Restoration: Upon termination of service, Kingdom Metrics will restore each camera to its original configuration, including your original admin credentials, and relinquish all access.

Immediate onboarding: Once you submit this form, Kingdom Metrics will immediately begin taking control of your cameras. Admin access will be changed and capture configuration will begin right away. Please confirm you are ready to proceed.
