Tier 3 is reached once a service has 52 or more Sundays of attendance data — a full year. At this stage, every metric in the Kingdom Metrics platform is available: the Growth Index, 8-over-8 year-over-year comparisons, Growth Driver Retention rates, and full behavioral capacity calculations with a meaningful lookback window.
Tier 3 is the steady state. Each additional week of data strengthens the statistical reliability of every metric, and the 104-week lookback for behavioral capacity ensures that the system accounts for two full annual cycles.
