Tier 2: Growing

8-51 Sundays; 8-week avg + capacity predictor available.

Tier 2 begins at 8 Sundays of data and extends through week 51. This is where Kingdom Metrics analytics become genuinely useful. The 8-week rolling average is now active, capacity utilization percentages are calculated, material spike detection is enabled, and the comfort/ceiling threshold indicators light up.

The only metrics still unavailable at Tier 2 are those requiring a full year of data: the Growth Index (which needs a 52-week rolling average) and the 8-over-8 year-over-year comparison.

Why it matters for your church: Tier 2 is where most churches begin to make data-driven decisions for the first time. You can see which services are approaching capacity, identify which Sundays produced spikes, and start having evidence-based conversations about service times, room layouts, and growth strategy.
