Tier 1: Building Baseline

4-7 Sundays; early trend only.

Tier 1 begins when a service accumulates 4 to 7 Sundays of attendance data. At this stage, Kingdom Metrics can show early directional trends — is attendance generally going up or down? — but the sample size is too small for reliable averages or capacity calculations.

The dashboard will display basic trend arrows and week-over-week comparisons. The 8-week rolling average is not yet available because the full 8-week window has not been filled.

Why it matters for your church: Tier 1 is a transitional phase. You can start sharing early results with your leadership team, but frame them as directional — "we are trending up" — rather than definitive. The real insights begin at Tier 2, once the rolling average has a full 8 weeks of data to work with.
